Shopping in our store is an intuitive and completely secure process. For your convenience, we have prepared two ways to complete your transaction.
1. Quick Online Order
If you already know what you want to buy, you can use the instant purchase option. Next to each product, we have placed a button for quick ordering. Simply select your preferred product configuration, fill in your details, choose a payment method, and finalize your purchase. This is the fastest way to place an order.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email from us.
- Our team will contact you only if the order details need clarification.
Available Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer several secure payment methods:
- Online Payment.
- Bank Transfer.
- Cash on-site when purchasing in our physical store.
Importantly, we do not require advance payments, and every payment method is fully secure.
Order Delivery
- Delivery within Poland is completely free of charge.
- We handle deliveries using our own transport or through trusted courier companies.
- We always arrange the delivery date and time individually to suit your availability.
Returns and Complaints Policy
Right of Withdrawal
We grant our Customers (who are Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights) the full right to withdraw from a distance contract. You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to make a decision and inform us of your intention to return, without giving any reason.
How to Make a Return?
The return process requires you to send the product back at your own expense. This applies to all products.

Please include a note with details that will allow us to identify the order (e.g., your first and last name, order number).
Key Information on Returns:
- Deadline: Please ensure the goods are shipped within 14 days of declaring your intent to withdraw from the contract.
- Packaging: The product must be properly secured for transport.
- Refunds: We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you specify a different method in your statement.

Complaint Procedure
If the received product does not conform to the contract (e.g., it is damaged or has defects), you have the full right to file a complaint.
